Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the pamphlets or documentation included with the product. Products not wrapped properly when returned will not qualify for refunds if the items damage in transit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (Include all pamphlets, bags, boxes etc. that was received with the purchase)
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are done within 10 Business days of the approval of the return

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message info@everydaycarry.co.za and send your item to: Everyday Carry & Gadgets

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Belts/Torches/Knives/any Product listed on website

I received the wrong size/type of belt; how do I send it back for the correct one?

First, please send us an email to info@everydaycarry.co.zaIf the issue is a deficiency on our part, we’ll cover it 100%, including paying you for the cost incurred in sending the belt back to us. If the issue was that you made a simple mistake, and would like to exchange the belt for the correct one, we ask that you send us a R298 payment to cover collection & return shipping to you. If you received exactly what you ordered, but you’ve changed your mind and didn’t tell us before we shipped it, there is likely to be a 25% restocking fee and we will not reimburse your return shipping.

For returns or exchanges please cover the buckle with soft fabric or bubble wrap because if the buckle has any scratches we will not be able to do an exchange or a refund. If any simple mistake is made from  the customers side, the collection and shipping back to client will be at a cost of R149 per trip (R298 for collection and return shipping)

 

I decided I don’t want the belt/product/item that just arrived; nothing wrong with it, just not my gig. What do I do?

Send us an email to info@everydaycarry.co.za  We’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis. If you received exactly what you ordered, but you’ve changed your mind and didn’t tell us  before we shipped it, there is likely to be a 25% restocking fee and we will not reimburse your return shipping.

 

I need a larger (or smaller) belt than any of the sizes you offer – can I order a custom size?

We can custom size any of our belts to any even numbered six-inch size range you would like. There is a simple process for ordering a custom size belt outlined below. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU MEASURE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO ORDERING AS CUSTOM SIZES CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE MANUFACTURING.
